From booking to delivery, here's what to expect

BOOKING & WHAT TO EXPECT

WHOOP WHOOP! You made your first move and I'm so honored you would consider me as the photographer for the most important day of your life and I know we'll be best friends by the end of it all! Photos grow in value over time so it's important that you pick a photographer that you like and trust.

YOU INQUIRED, NOW WHAT?

Once you've decided on the collection you're most interested in, just let me know and I'll get a proposal + contract made up for you!

30% of the total balance is due in order to book and the remaining balance is due a month before your wedding date.

Don't worry though, all travel expenses and costs are discussed up front. If you decide to add a session later on, it'll just be added to your final balance.

Once your first payment is made and the contract is signed, I'll send over a brief questionnaire and from there we'll start planning your engagement session!

Anywhere from 500 - 1200 edited images. This number is based solely on the event and I don't cap the final image count to insure I'm covering the day well from beginning to end. Be sure to look at the final galleries I sent over as an example!

05. how many photos are sent in the final gallery?

Really this isn't something you should be worried about, if anything get excited that this means my creative juices will be flowing strong! I shoot at new locations all the time and I'm pretty good at picking the best places for photos quickly, if I do say so myself ;)

04. what if you've never shot at my wedding venue before?

A bank transfer is connected to your proposal however Venmo or a check is my preferred payment method. I will send these details with your proposal! 

03. how do i make my payments?

I produce a large volume of work each year while working alongside many clients so email is the best way to reach me! Responding through Honeybook is easiest but you can also direct email me to mariaholdacre@gmail.com. This is the best way for me to stay organized and to maintain healthy boundaries :)

02. what's the best way to reach you?

Travel costs are all discussed before you book! Locations outside 30 miles from my home will be charged 0.50 per mile. If the location is more than 2 hours from my home, a hotel fee is required.

Printing is an option but not required! I offer high quality printing services within your final gallery! If you'd rather print from a third party on your own, a print release is included in your download!
